The team
The whole team works to one line: we are here to put a smile on your face. It covers the way the phone is answered as much as the dentistry. Our clinicians review complex cases together, lecture for Align Technology, advise Dentsply Sirona and teach other dentists through Building Better; behind them is a support team, many of whom have been here for years.

Behind the chair
Your point of contact between appointments: plans, finance, questions and WhatsApp replies, so there is always someone to reach.
Runs the practice day to day so that appointments start on time and nothing falls between the cracks.
Oversees standards, training and compliance across the clinical team.
Many of our reception team have been with the practice for years. They know our patients, and they take the time to know new ones.
Chairside at every appointment, and the people who make a long visit feel looked after.
A CEREC mill and SprintRay printers in the building, so same-day crowns, guides and provisional teeth are made here while you wait, with master ceramists off site for the work that needs them.
