Our website is hosted on Webflow. A small number of cookies are needed for the site to load securely and to remember the choices you make while you browse, including your answer to the cookie banner. These do not identify you and cannot be switched off in our systems.
Some features on this site are provided by other companies and may set their own cookies when those features load:
Google Maps, which shows the map of our location on the Visit page and local pages. The map only loads if you accept cookies or choose to show it.
Instagram, through Behold, which shows recent posts from Dr Amit Patel's account, @londoncitydentist, on the home page. The feed only loads if you accept cookies.
Working Feedback, which shows our latest patient reviews and review score, and collects reviews after appointments. The reviews only load if you accept cookies.
EnquiryBot by Boxly, the enquiry assistant in the corner of the page. It uses a cookie to keep your conversation open while you move between pages. Anything you type is handled by Boxly on our behalf under a data processing agreement.
Boxly, our patient relationship system, which receives the details sent through our question and referral forms so that we can reply. The forms do not set cookies. The information you submit is stored by Webflow and Boxly.
Plausible Analytics, which counts visits to our pages without using cookies or collecting personal information. We also use Google Search Console and Ubersuggest to see how our site performs in search; these do not set cookies on your device. If we add advertising tools from Meta or Google in future, they will run only if you accept cookies.
Links from this site to our online booking system (Dentally Hub), to our finance partner Tabeo and to WhatsApp open separate websites or apps, which have their own cookie and privacy policies.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can usually browse privately so that cookies are removed when you close the window. If you block all cookies, some parts of this site, such as the map and the enquiry assistant, may not work as intended.
When you first visit our website, a banner asks whether you accept non-essential cookies. Nothing that sets non-essential cookies, including the Google map, the Instagram feed, our patient reviews and the enquiry assistant, loads until you choose Accept. If you choose Reject, the site works as normal and you can still open our location in Google Maps and contact us by phone, email or the booking link. We remember your choice on your device, and you can change it at any time from the Cookie settings link in the footer.
