This notice explains what personal information we hold, why we hold it and the rights you have over it.
Sardinia House Dental Practice is the trading name of AP & Co Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 07437612), registered office 334–336 Goswell Road, London EC1V 7RP. The practice is at 4th Floor, Sardinia House, 52 Lincoln's Inn Fields, London WC2A 3LZ.

To provide dental care we hold your contact details, medical and dental history, clinical records, X-rays, scans, photographs, and records of appointments and payments.
Our lawful bases are the provision of health care, the performance of our contract with you and our legal obligations. Health data is processed under Article 9(2)(h) of the UK GDPR. Marketing messages are sent only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Where it is needed for your care we share information with dental laboratories, clinicians to whom you are referred, our practice software and booking providers, finance providers you apply to, and regulators where the law requires it. We do not sell your information.
Dental records are kept for at least 11 years after your last visit, or until a child's 25th birthday if that is later, in line with professional guidance.
You can ask for a copy of your records, ask us to correct them, object to or restrict certain uses and, in some cases, ask for erasure. Write to us at the address above. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Our website is hosted by Webflow, which processes the technical information your browser sends when you visit, such as your IP address and device type, so that pages can be delivered securely. Webflow acts on our behalf and may process this information outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.
The fonts, images and code that make up this site are served from our own website hosting. We do not use Google Fonts or any other font service that receives information about you.
Online booking is provided by a third-party booking portal, enquiries may be handled by an enquiry assistant provided by a third party, and messages sent by WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp. Questions and referrals sent through the forms on this website are received by Webflow, which keeps a copy, and passed by email to Boxly, our patient relationship system, so that our team can reply. Files attached to a referral are stored by Webflow. Our use of cookies and analytics is set out in the cookie policy.
