Dr Spencer Richman

Spencer trained in Manchester and followed his degree with a Master's in Endodontology. He has spent his career since on a single discipline: keeping teeth that other dentists might have given up on.

All of his treatment is carried out under an operating microscope, and difficult cases are planned on a CBCT scan, including guided endodontics, where a printed guide leads him to a canal that has calcified and closed. The British Endodontic Society counts him as a member and Dentsply Sirona as a Key Opinion Leader.

He and Amit founded Building Better together to teach general dentists on live cases. Dentists across London refer root canal cases to him, and he treats patients at all three Atelier practices. His own website is spencerrichman.co.uk.
