Will I need refinements, and are they included?+
Many cases need a short set of additional aligners at the end to perfect the result, and refinements are included in the fee. Attachments, the small tooth-coloured buttons bonded to some teeth to help the aligners grip and move them, are also included and are polished off at the end. Invisalign can treat crowding, spacing, overbite, underbite, crossbite and open bite in suitable cases.
