For referring clinicians
Sardinia House in Holborn accepts referrals from dentists across London for endodontics under the microscope, guided implants, periodontics, oral surgery, IV sedation and complex restorative and aesthetic work. We keep you informed at each step, and once treatment is finished your patient goes back to you.
What we treat
Root canal treatment and re-treatment under the operating microscope, guided endodontics for calcified canals, cracked tooth assessment. Dr Spencer Richman, practice limited to endodontics.
Single, multiple and full-arch implants, guided placement planned on CBCT, bone grafting and sinus lifts. Dr Shivan Dave, Dr Adam White and Dr Jonathan Davies; restorations planned with Dr Amit Patel.
Advanced gum disease, pocket surgery, gum grafting for recession, crown lengthening and peri-implant care, with Dr Bryar Koyi, our visiting specialist periodontist.
Surgical extractions, wisdom teeth and difficult extractions, with a dentist from a hospital oral surgery background.
IV conscious sedation for anxious patients and long appointments, for your treatment or ours. Dr Damien Reilly.
Full-mouth rehabilitation, tooth wear, digital smile design, veneers and same-day ceramics, planned by more than one clinician and reviewed together.
Invisalign for adults and teenagers from a Platinum provider who mentors other dentists, including pre-restorative alignment for your own cosmetic cases.
CBCT scans and reports for your own planning, with a written radiology report where you need one.
Why refer
We treat the part of the case you referred and return the patient for everything else, with a written report, the images and the plan.
Our endodontist, implant dentists and restorative team lecture for Align Technology, advise Dentsply Sirona and teach other dentists through Building Better.
Acknowledgement when the referral lands, the treatment plan once the patient has been seen, progress updates, and a full clinical handover at the end.
CBCT, intra-oral scanners in every surgery, operating microscopes, 3D printing of surgical guides and on-site CEREC milling.

Guide fees for referred patients
Good to know
Any GDC-registered dentist or dental care professional can refer, from anywhere in London or beyond. Patients can also ask to be seen directly, but a referral with your notes and X-rays lets us plan before the first visit.
Yes. We treat only what you have referred and return the patient to you for everything else, with a written report and the images. If we notice something outside the referral we tell you rather than treating it.
Within one working day of receiving the referral, and sooner for anything urgent. Emergency endodontic referrals are usually seen the same or the next working day.
The clinician named on the treatment plan. Endodontics is Dr Spencer Richman; implants are placed by Dr Shivan Dave, Dr Adam White or Dr Jonathan Davies; periodontics is Dr Bryar Koyi, specialist periodontist; sedation is Dr Damien Reilly. Complex cases are reviewed together at our peer-review sessions.
Yes. We can take a CBCT scan on site and send you the volume and, if you would like one, a written report, without any obligation to treat the patient here.
Attach them to the form below, or email them to us. For large CBCT volumes, send a secure transfer link rather than the file itself. Intra-oral scan files can be shared directly from iTero™ or Primescan to our practice.
